Privacy Policy

Our commitment to protecting your privacy and personal data

Introduction

Welcome to our Privacy Policy. This document explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, and contact details you provide when registering or contacting us.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our website, including pages visited and time spent.
  • Device Information: Details about the device you use to access our services, such as IP address, browser type, and operating system.
  • Generation Content and Safety Records: Prompts you submit are stored with your generation history. When prompt scanning is enabled, we also keep safety records linked to the generation task, as described below.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our services
  • To notify you about changes to our services
  • To provide customer support
  • To gather analysis or valuable information to improve our services
  • To monitor the usage of our services
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues
  • To check prompts for restricted content, prevent misuse, and investigate generation or safety-check issues

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our services, provide services on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how our services are used.

Prompt Scanning with Waffo

When prompt scanning is enabled, we send the text of your submitted prompt to Waffo before image generation for automated keyword and semantic checks. We do not add your account name, email address, or account ID to the scan payload. However, anything you include in the prompt itself is sent, so avoid including personal or confidential information that is not needed for generation.

Only an accepted scan result allows generation to proceed. A blocked result, a result requiring review, or an unavailable scanning service stops that request before generation credits are deducted. A result requiring review does not mean that a human review has been arranged or that generation will resume automatically. This integration scans prompt text only; generated images are not sent to Waffo for content review.

Waffo's prompt-scanning API documentation states that this endpoint is stateless and does not retain the original prompt after returning its result. That statement concerns Waffo's scanning endpoint; Voqelle's generation history and safety records are stored separately as explained below.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google, to understand visits to Voqelle, traffic sources, and page engagement. GA4 processes page URLs, referral information, browser and device information, approximate location, and pseudonymous browser identifiers. It uses first-party cookies to distinguish visits and sessions.

We do not add account names, email addresses, account IDs, image prompts entered in forms, or uploaded images to custom analytics event parameters. Page URLs are still collected automatically; we configure data redaction to hide email addresses and selected URL query parameters on a best-effort basis. Automatic site-search and form-interaction collection, Google signals, and advertising personalization are disabled.

Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or manage cookies through your browser settings.

Safety Records and Retention

Our prompt-scan records contain the associated generation task ID, check stage, decision and reason, scanning service identifier, service request ID when available, a SHA-256 digest of the prompt, and a timestamp. These records support troubleshooting and review of how a request was handled. The safety record does not contain an additional copy of the original prompt, an image, credentials, or the raw service response. The original prompt remains in generation history. Because safety records link to a task associated with your account, the digest does not make these records anonymous.

Generation history and its safety records currently have no automatic expiry. Removing a task from the history page hides it from that view; it does not immediately erase the underlying task or its safety records. You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We will review your request and explain any information that needs to be retained for security, dispute handling, or applicable obligations.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
