Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited AI content, prompt screening, reporting and enforcement at Voqelle
Scope
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to prompts, generated images, any inputs the service accepts, gallery content and the use or distribution of results. The current private beta supports text-to-image generation for invited accounts; reference uploads and purchases remain closed. Publishing this policy does not open those features.
You are responsible for having the rights and consent needed for your inputs and intended use. Do not use Voqelle to create, request, share or facilitate the prohibited content below, including by disguising terms, using other languages or repeatedly modifying a prompt to evade controls.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, explicit nudity or sexual acts, sexual exploitation and non-consensual intimate imagery, including synthetic depictions.
- Violence and gore: graphic injury, mutilation, torture, cruelty, threats, or content promoting or facilitating violence or terrorism.
- Hate and harassment: dehumanising, hateful or discriminatory attacks against protected groups, targeted abuse, threats or incitement to harm people.
- Unsafe content involving children: any sexualisation, exploitation or abusive depiction of minors, including fictional, synthetic or age-ambiguous depictions, grooming or conduct endangering children. Consent or an artistic claim does not make such content acceptable.
- Deepfakes and impersonation: creating deceptive depictions of real people, impersonating someone, fabricating identity, consent or endorsements, non-consensual face substitution or intimate images, fraud and misleading synthetic evidence.
- Copyright and trademark infringement: using material, characters, logos, brands or other protected works without the rights required for the intended use; producing counterfeits or falsely implying affiliation or endorsement. A successful generation is not a licence from a rights holder.
- Other abuse: unlawful conduct, exposing private personal information, malware, bypassing authentication or content controls, and evading account or usage restrictions.
How content checks work
Voqelle runs Waffo prompt scanning before generation. Only an allowed result can continue. A block, review result, unavailable service or failure to save the required audit record stops that request before a generation debit and before the image provider is called. A review result does not create a scheduled human-review queue and does not mean the task will later resume automatically.
This integration checks the prompt text. We have not connected a separate automatic review of generated image pixels before display. The scanning service and generation provider do not guarantee that every prohibited input or output will be detected. Passing a prompt check does not make prohibited content permitted. Do not publish or distribute an unsafe result; report it instead.
We keep task-linked safety results to investigate handling and abuse. Details of the data sent for scanning and retained audit records are in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim that review records are anonymous or that they are automatically deleted after a fixed period.
Report content or infringement
Email wangypcherry@gmail.com, also available through Contact. Include:
- The page URL, gallery item or task reference, and when you encountered it.
- A short description of the concern and the policy category involved.
- For a rights complaint, identify the work or mark, explain your rights or authority to report, and provide a way to contact you.
Do not email illegal imagery, passwords, verification codes or payment-card details. A link or reference and a text explanation are sufficient to begin review. We may request limited additional information needed to verify the report. No form submission or generation is required to contact us.
Investigation, enforcement and appeals
We review reports and available task/audit information. Depending on the evidence, severity and repetition, we may reject a request, warn the user, limit generation access, suspend or ban an account, or remove content from access. We may preserve necessary evidence and respond to valid legal obligations as described in the Privacy Policy. Urgent safety restrictions may be applied before notice.
A single blocked prompt does not automatically erase credits. No automatic punitive credit-zeroing system is promised. Credit returns for failed generation, cash-refund eligibility and any disputed adjustments are handled separately under the Terms of Service, using the relevant task or order records. Security restrictions do not by themselves establish a cash refund or confiscation of paid credits.
If you believe a decision is wrong, contact wangypcherry@gmail.com with the task/account reference, the decision and your explanation. We will review the information and may correct a mistake; do not evade a restriction with another account while seeking review. A report or appeal does not guarantee restoration or automatic release of a blocked task.
